Our programmes are designed to hold space for deep reflection, shared understanding, and wellbeing, supporting both individual journeys and collective care.
The Ubuntu Mental Health Framework
We recognise that psychological wellbeing is deeply connected to our sense of identity, relationships, culture, nature and community. Drawing from the African philosophy of Ubuntu, the framework understands that healing is not only an individual journey but also a relational and collective process. Rather than focusing on symptoms or pathologizing, this approach explores the deeper human need for meaning, belonging, and connection.
The Five Pillars of the Framework:
Identity
Belonging
Emotional Awareness
Collective Care
Meaning & Purpose

Holding Hope: A Fertility & Healing Journey

A space to hold grief, identity, and hope when the world does not know how to hold you
Having personal lived experiences navigating infertility, I know how isolating this journey can be. I am creating a small, supportive space for women/couples who are walking a similar path. I recognize that fertility journeys are not only medical—they are emotional, cultural, and deeply human.
Offerings:
A guided 6–8-week group experience for women/couples navigating infertility, loss, and the emotional complexities of trying to conceive. In this space, we explore:
Grief, loss, and unspoken emotions
Identity beyond motherhood
The relationship with your body
Cultural and societal pressures
Holding hope without losing yourself
Building supportive, collective care
Our work is rooted in:
Trauma-informed mental health care
